Tiny Harris and her husband, T.I., have had a fascinating love story, but many details are not known to the public. That is until now.
Tiny’s daughter, Zonnique Pullins, recently did an interview with Slate where she opened up about the romance between her parents that has been going on for the past 17 years.
The pair has been married for eight years, but in 2016, Tiny filed for divorce after rumors claimed that he had cheated with Instagram model Bernice Burgos.
Zonnique explained that despite her parents’ crazy schedules, they find ways to make sure the family spends quality time together.
Zonnique explained: “My mom is on her phone 24/7, so there’s always something going on. I hate riding in the car with her because she talks on the phone the whole drive. And Pops, I feel like he’s in five different cities every day. Every time I talk to him, he’s like, “I’m actually in Miami, I’ll be home tomorrow,” and then he’s home for a second. I feel like now it’s even busier than they were when I was younger. But they always find time when it’s like, OK, everyone’s off of school, and everyone’s got a break, time to take a family vacation, and that’s my favorite phone call to get.”
In the same conversation, Zonnique stated when she was younger she did not understand why her parents were so often on the road. Now that she is 22 and is herself a recording artist it all makes sense.
